WellSort Adds Expertise for Its Next Stage of Growth
Anushka Doshi joins WellSort full time as Senior Software Engineer, while product and design leader Heath McCarthy joins the company’s advisory team.
Building a young company is as much about finding the right people as it is about building the right product. This year, WellSort has added talent in two important areas with Anushka Doshi joining the company full time as Senior Software Engineer and Heath McCarthy coming on board as its newest advisor.

Senior Software Engineer
Anushka’s new role builds on a relationship that began through Northeastern University’s Roux Institute Co-op and Working Labs programs. Over the past year, she has played a pivotal role in building the latest WellSort platform from the ground up. Along with her technical expertise in systems design, user-centered technology, and full-stack development, Anushka brings curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a strong understanding of the people WellSort serves. Her move from student contributor to full-time senior engineer marks an exciting next chapter for both Anushka and the company.
Heath joins WellSort’s advisory team with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise software and leading product design across health and wellbeing, life sciences, and healthcare. His career has included leadership roles at Personify Health and IBM. Today, he leads product design at PulseSync, where he’s helping create healthcare intelligence and AI solutions for health plans, employers, and providers.
Although they’re joining WellSort in different capacities, Anushka and Heath share a human-centered approach to technology. Both understand that a strong digital platform begins with the needs of the people using it.

Advisor, Product Design & Healthcare Technology
That perspective is central to WellSort’s mission to help students and employees clarify what matters most to their wellbeing, connect with relevant resources, and take meaningful action. It also supports WellSort’s work with colleges and employers by helping organizations better understand and respond to the needs of their communities.
For a growing startup, progress isn’t measured only by new technology or new partnerships. It’s also reflected in the people who choose to help build the next chapter.
WellSort is grateful to have Anushka and Heath bringing their experience, ideas, and shared commitment to the work ahead.
