Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Career Counselor, former Epidemiologist and Public Health Researcher, and Founder of WellSort (formerly Balanced Card Sorts). I have a near-obsession with connecting people to resources that allow them to lead healthy, happy, fulfilling lives.

I'm a curious builder who believes technology should feel useful and easy to use. Raised in India, I earned a Computer Science degree and spent a year at Microchip Technology, smoothing out the software that helps engineers breathe life into micro-controllers. Now in Portland, Maine, I’m completing my M.S. in Computer Science.

I bring over 20 years of experience designing and delivering integrated programs that improve workforce health and wellbeing, reduce costs, and drive measurable business outcomes. I've created wellbeing strategies from the ground up, supporting the physical, emotional, and financial health of employees.

I am a seasoned nonprofit leader with over a decade of work in advancing higher education engagement, community-based programming, and systemic change. My expertise lies in providing technical assistance to educational institutions, developing and facilitating communities of practice, and guiding the implementation of strategic plans.

I am Director of Professional Programs at the Roux Institute of Northeastern University. I have over two decades of teaching experience and a strong research background in healthcare, having collaborated with major hospital systems and contributed to public health and education through writing and research. My work spans across various sectors, integrating expertise in biostatistics, data science, and analytics.

I am a “developer” passionate about recognizing and cultivating potential in others. I honed this skill during my 20 years as an administrator at an all-girls boarding school, where I created leadership programming to give girls the opportunity to articulate and refine their values and goals, and to understand and own their leadership strengths as they worked on building a strong sense of self.
